I will say this for 2020 and 2021! It has been a year prolific for reading. Not very many other years in my life can I think of where everything shut down, and I was forced to read books when I would otherwise be going out to the cinema, baseball games, or going out to plays. I had the opportunity to read The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins. It was a gift from my friend, Mike Scimeca. At 517 pages, it's a tome. That's not a complaint. It's been a long wait for new Suzanne Collins, muchless new Hunger Games material.
